We make our AR coated glass by adding a nanometer antireflective layer to the low iron ultra-clear patterned solar glass and low iron float glass after tempering. This increases solar transmittance by way of decreasing light reflectance. The increase of transmittance can effectively improve the energy conversion efficiency and output power of the PV modules.
It can be coated on low iron patterned glass or low iron float glass.
The precise AR coating technology can increase the solar transmittance by 2.5% - 3% and reduce the reflection rate of sun’s light by 6.5% - 7% thereby increasing the electricity output by 2 to 3 percent.
